General Guidelines You automatically agree to my terms of service by placing an order to commission me.I do not tolerate disrespectful behavior. Please write to me in a clear, respectful manner.The prices shown are for personal use only.
I'm accepting private or commercial commissions with additional fee.Commissioned artwork is for digital files only. My service doesn't ship physical items.I may use 3D models, photo bashing, or personal references relevant to a customer's commission.Commission discussion doesn't mean I've accepted your request. You still need to fill out the form.Constantly asking for updates is unacceptable. Commissioners will always be provided with work-in-progresses daily.Commissioners need to respond on time to updates. Failure to do so after two weeks will cancel their commission slot.Only request a commission if you have the money to pay for it. Payments are due as agreed upon, and I do not allow installment payment plans.Commissioned art will be fully rendered. I do not provide unfinished work unless it’s specially offered on my platforms.Copying references exactly how they’re presented is unlikely. Expect slight compositional variation to avoid art theft. Artist Rights Under the United States copyright law, I retain all the rights to my created works, including the following but not limited to the right to display, publish, or reproduce for promotional or commercial purposes. These rights apply to offline and online portfolios.I reserve the right to decline commission requests without an explanation.I do not work with ‘artistic freedom’ alone. You need to provide clear and objective ideas for what you want.I don't provide PSD files. I only send PNGs and JPEGs to the commissioners.

Turnaround time can vary depending on my schedule, schooling, medical issues, and personal life.I can publicly display your username, work-in-progresses, and any provided references in social media posts or portfolios related to your commission and my work.I may choose to create videos featuring commissions. However, speed-painted artwork is at my discretion and isn't guaranteed.I will use the low-quality and watermarked artwork for my portfolio and other promotional purposes
Commissioner Rights As the Commissioner. You can cancel your commission request before sending payment.You can claim ownership of characters and other visuals within a piece.You can print commissioned artwork for personal use, which includes keychains, pillows, stickers, and posters.You can repost your finalized work to social networks with proper credit.HoweverYou can not remove my watermark.You can not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork itself.You can not evade full artwork/payment after receiving sketches.You can not use or repost work-in-progress images for any purpose.You can not redraw, recolor, edit, alter, or modify commissioned work without my consent.You can not send my work-in-progress images to other artists and commission them to redraw it.You can not make a profit off of commissioned artwork. Profiting includes trading or selling my work for any personal gain.
Artist / Commissioner Confidentiality The artist and commissioner cannot disclose personal details to third parties without consent.Commissioners can request to remain anonymous on posts regarding their commission and have the artist's watermarks altered, which may also disclose their identity.Commissioners can request not to have their references showcased on posts regarding their commission. This includes personal artwork of characters or other copyrighted imagery.Failure to explicitly request anonymity and reference photo confidentiality is left to the artist's discretion.
Payment Plans Please do not send any payment until I’ve contacted and confirmed your order.An invoice will be mailed to the customer's email as payment is to be sent through Paypal only.
or Indonesian BankI only accept currency in USD/USD conversions.Payments can either be:
50% before I start your commission and 50% after rough sketch approval.
Or
100% before I start your commission.Commissioners have within 48 hours of contact to send payment, or I will drop their commission without further question.Furthermore, I will only start working on a commission after receiving the full or the first agreed payment.
Refund Policy I do not supply refunds once a commissioner sends payments.In the rare case that I cannot complete your commission at any time, a full refund will be provided (taxes/fees included) through Paypal only.If three months have passed after paying, and you haven't received significant progress, and under the artist's discretion, commissioners can request a full refund (taxes/fees included) through Paypal only.If I find that working with you is troubling due to disrespectful behavior or, for any other reason, the incident and your documented behavior, I will report it to the appropriate authority, and any funds received will not be returned per my refund policy.By commissioning me, you agree to not request chargebacks or dispute payments through Paypal or any financial institution. If a dispute is made, I will provide any and all documentation and information to the institution as requested; I will also appropriately warn other artists and prohibit you from ever commissioning me again.
Commission Information As stated before, I do not work solely based on artistic freedom with commissions. Commissioners must have a general idea of what they want.
Clear, relevant, and descriptive references are ideal to make the process easier. If your references are unclear, lacking in detail, or I have to find ones myself. Additional charges may incur.
I do not need character backstories or ruminate information unless you find them relevant to the commission. Keep details in perspective to our end goal—the composition.
Please do not assume I know the personality traits or coding of copyrighted characters, even if your character is directly inspired. You can mention it, but I still need a basic rundown of who and what they are.
If you’re still unsure about what you want, contact me before submitting a form, and we can discuss ideas at no charge.
Revisions My end goal is to provide work that’s accurate, unique, and special to you.
Commissioners get three chances to change anything regarding poses, lighting, expressions, outfits, and character design during the rough sketch phase.
If you also find fault with my work related to the character or composition, please tell me before it’s too late. Once the refined sketch is approved, I will not accept any changes to the commission.
However, any mistakes or forgotten details will be fixed or added for free.

Once approved, commissioners cannot request significant changes to the piece. This includes poses, expressions, clothes, and other composition-like components.✩ Grayscale: I will start to render the sketch in grayscale mode.✩ Color stage: on this stage, you need to be responsive on chat to decide on color✩ Finished Piece: Commissioners can receive up to three variations of the high-resolution artwork. It will be emailed to the commissioners digital inboxOnce I work on your piece, I will provide commissioners with progress updates.
